The following rates are guidelines in pricing web site construction. Web sites tend to be very unique in construction and design. Therefore prices in most cases will be negotiated. All services beyond the basic packages is negotiable since some web sites may involve a combination of the following:

BASIC WEB PAGE DESIGN 
$ 800.00 to $1000.00

1. Page Layout & Design Based on Client Information
2. Up to 3 Pages with 40 lines of Text
3. Up to 5 stock Gif's ( i.e. pictures, images, buttons & bars)
4. One Custom Scanned Image with Additional Scanning Available
5. Up to 5 Pointers to Other Net Sights based on Client's request
6. *Monthly Maintenance at $120 per quarter (3 months). (includes minor updates 1 hour per month) Maintenance of all website connectivity and email plus storage of web site assets on Wright Way Management's Network.

BUSINESS BROCHURE
$ 1000.00 to $ 1500.00

1. Custom Design Page Layout & Design Based on Client Information
2. Up to 6 Pages with 100 Lines of Text
3. Up to 15 Stock Gif's (i.e. pictures, images, buttons & bars)
4. Two Custom Scanned Images
5. Up to 10 pointers to Other Net Sights based on Client's Request
6. *Monthly Maintenance at $120 per quarter (3 months). (includes minor updates 1 hour per month) Maintenance of all website connectivity and email plus storage of web site assets on Wright Way Management's Network.

BUSINESS BROCHURE PLUS
$ 1,600.00 to $ 3,000.00

1. Custom Page Design & Layout Based Client information
2. Up to 12 Pages With 150 Lines of Text
3. Up to 20 Stock Gif's (i.e. pictures, images, buttons & bars)
4. Four Custom Scanned Images
5. Up to 15 Pointers to Other Net Sights Based on Client's request
6. *Monthly Maintenance at $120 per quarter (3 months). (includes minor updates 1 hour per month) Maintenance of all website connectivity and email plus storage of web site assets on Wright Way Management's Network.

CUSTOM WORK & CONSULTING

1. Custom Page Layout & Design without photos $125 Minimum
2. Custom Scanning $ 30.00 per Photo
3. Updates To Existing Web page is $75 per hour with a one hour minimum
4. Custom Graphic Designs are $50 per hour with a two hour minimum
5. *Monthly Maintenance at $120 per quarter (3 months). (includes minor updates 1 hour per month) Maintenance of all website connectivity and email plus storage of web site assets on Wright Way Management's Network.
